Connie Shelton is the author of two Amazon-bestselling mystery series featuring female protagonists Charlie Parker and Samantha Sweet, both set in her home state, New Mexico. A full-time writer now, her more oddball past occupations have included selling cutlery, owning a bookstore, booking helicopter flights on the phone, and landing a job as an Arthur Murray dance instructor (for a whole two days).
