    The Diamond Key
    by Barbara Metzger

Lady Victoria Keyes would have seen her life flash before her eyes if there wasn't so much smoke. Trapped on the second floor of a burning building, she vowed to change her fickle ways, and marry whatever man saved her. Wynn, Viscount Ingall, didn't think he was being heroic. Carrying Victoria to safety let him think he was a good man, if only for the moment. If Victoria only knew the stories told about him, her hasty marriage proposal would seem all the more absurd. But once the flame sparks, there's no putting it out...
