    Glynnis Campbell's Bio

When Glynnis Campbell isn't writing historical romance, she's the voice of several cartoon characters, the wife of a rock star, and mother to two teenagers and a pug named Worf.

She's had a colorful career in several fields of the entertainment industry, dancing with the Sacramento Ballet, scoring music for science films, singing in the CBS Records band, The Pinups, playing drums in a Tom Jones video, recording "Star Wars" audio adventures, and providing mystic speeches and death screams for Diablo and Starcraft video games.

Glynnis has been fascinated with the written word ever since she won her first writing contest with a limerick at the age of 11. She's been enchanted by romance fiction from the first time a schoolmate slipped her a dog-eared Woodiwiss in class. And she's had a lifelong love of towering castles, trusty swords, and knights in shining armor.

Her premier novel in the Knights of de Ware trilogy for Jove, My Champion, made Glynnis a finalist in the Orange Rose, Golden Heart, and Rita Best First Book contests. Her Romantic Times review said "My Champion will have readers clamoring for more." She appeased those readers in October with her second book, My Warrior, and My Hero will follow in July 2002.
