Sixteen stories of love, legends and evil brought to you by the desperate ghostly spirits on the prairies of America.
Jerri Garretson is the author of three Kansas tall tale picture books, a middle grade novel, Imagicat, and a young adult ghost story and mystery titled, The Secret of Whispering Springs. She collaborated with her mother, Marion S. Kundiger on the nonfiction book, Izzie - Growing Up on the Plains in the 1880s. She is the compiler and editor of Trespassing Time - Ghost Stories From the Prairie, and four of the sixteen stories in the book are hers. Jerri grew up in Manhattan, Kansas, then lived around the world with her husband, who was a military attorney. She returned to Kansas in 1992. She created Ravenstone Press in 1997. Now, she divides her time between running her publishing business, working as a university reference librarian, writing, and running back and forth between Kansas and Florida.
