Jacy Grayson is sassy and spirited, but she only sees him as her rebound loverthe man who'll pick up the pieces when her heart is broken. Yet Risk has never stepped down from the plate before, and he certainly isn't going to start now. The bases are loadedall Risk needs to do is show her that the diamond he has in mind won't be found on a baseball field.
It took me 20 years to get published. I wrote every genre from futuristics, historicals, to category romance. Not until I attempted romantic comedy did I finally make a sale. I will always be grateful to Alicia Condon at Dorchester Publishing for buying my book.
I live in Naples, Florida. I'm single. A morning person. I enjoy brunch. I'm an animal lover and avid reader. I laugh a lot. My favorite color is purple. I can read Tarot Cards. My favorite plant is the Elephant Ear. I buy myself a fresh bouquet of flowers each week. I enjoy going to the movies. Can make popcorn a meal. Love Starbucks. Spend hours at book stores. I like Saturday morning cartoons. Have a collection of snow globes. Chew bubble gum. Drink chocolate milk. I have a younger brother named Paul. I've had the same best friend for thirty years, her name is Debbie. I find the Flying Monkeys from the Wizard of Oz both bizarre and fascinating, as does my friend Sue-Ellen. Ben & Jerry's Phish Food is the best ice cream on the planet. Fiji is my favorite bottled water. I buy antique jewelry. Snuggle under feather comforters. Watch General Hospital. Disneyworld warms my heart. I hate alarm clocks and road construction. I read romance novels and also enjoy books by Stuart Woods.
I truly appreciate and admire positive-minded people. Drivers who swerve to avoid animals in the roadway. Sales clerks who are still smiling five minutes before the store closes. Waitresses who offer me dessert, even after a big meal. People who are always honest. Men who reach over my shoulder and catch a door, even when I'm capable of opening it myself. People who practice patience. Those who give second chances.
My philosophy: Out of chaos comes calmness. Silence is often the best answer.
