A special-needs baby girl is rescued from the Abandoned Children’s Ward in Bangkok, Thailand and placed with an American foster family. Nicknamed Pooh, the fourteen-month-old blossoms under the care and attention lavished on her. Allowed to thrive at last, Pooh masters several developmental milestones, putting her on par with her peers.
