    A Snow Country Christmas
    by Linda Lael Miller

It’s a Christmas affair to remember as a Hollywood mogul discovers his inner cowboy—and the woman of his dreams—amid the rugged beauty of Wyoming.

Raine McCall would take snow-covered mountains over a star-studded premiere any day. But when hotshot movie executive Mick Branson arranges dinner on Christmas Eve to discuss a work opportunity, she’s intrigued—by the offer and the man. She’s a no-makeup, no-frills single mom who’s happy with her quiet life. Sharing chili cheeseburgers and sizzling kisses with Mick is sure heating up her holiday, but country girl and power player don’t mix…

It’s not just work that’s brought Mick back to Mustang Creek. Since he first visited to oversee a documentary, free-spirited graphic designer Raine has been in his head. Their attraction is undeniable—and so are their differences. Putting down roots in the Wild West wasn’t in the script. But there are some Christmas gifts you can’t walk away from, even when they turn your whole world upside down…

Also includes a bonus Linda Lael Miller story, Glory, Glory! that was originally published November 1990 in Silhouette Desire #607, December 1996 by MIRA and May 2008 by Harlequin!

A Snow Country Christmas originally published October 2017 in hardcover and eBook.

    Linda Lael Miller's Bio

The Daughter of a Town Marshall

Linda Lael Miller is a #1New York TimesandUSA TODAYbestselling author of more than 100 historical and contemporary novels, most of which reflect her love of the West. Raised in Northport, WA , Linda pursued her wanderlust, living in London, Florence and Venice, and traveling to many other parts of the world as well, including Israel, Thailand, Hong Kong and Bali. After living in Port Orchard, WA for twenty years, Linda moved to Arizona, living first in Scottsdale and then on a horse property outside Cave Creek. She moved back to Spokane, the city where she was born, after eight years, having written several books set in Arizona. Presently, she downsized, and now lives in the San Diego area, near her daughter and son-in-law, Wendy and Jeremy, with her two dogs, Tule and Mowgli.

    Linda's Story

Linda traces the birth of her writing career to the day when a Northport teacher told her that the stories she was writing were good, that she just might have a future in writing. Later, when she decided to write novels, she endured her share of rejection before she sold Fletcher's Woman in 1983 to Pocket Books. Since then, Linda has successfully published historicals, contemporaries, paranormals, mysteries and thrillers before coming home, in a literal sense, and concentrating on novels with a Western flavor. For her devotion to her craft, the Romance Writers of America awarded her their prestigious Nora Roberts Lifetime Achievement Award in 2007. Long a passionate Civil War buff, Linda has studied the era avidly for almost thirty years. She has read literally hundreds of books on the subject, explored numerous battlegrounds and made many visits to her favorite, Gettysburg, Pennsylvania, where she has witnessed re-enactments of the legendary clash between North and South. Linda explores that turbulent time in The Yankee Widow, a May 7, 2019 hardcover, also available in digital and audiobook formats.

The First Lady of the West

Dedicated to helping others, "The First Lady of the West" personally financed fifteen years of her Linda Lael Miller Scholarships for Women, which she awarded to women 25 years and older who were seeking to improve their lot in life through education. She anticipates that her next charitable endeavors will benefit four-legged critters.
