Double Moon Destiny

Jermanah, a child of the Double Moons, has been trained in the women's Compound and dreams of becoming one of the High. But the deaths of her beloved Seer and an unknown woman lead to terrifying events that force her to learn of the true evil of the Compound and the association it has long held with the King.

Kierigh has never had any illusions about the Compound or the King's stronghold. Born just before a conjunction of the Double Moons, he escaped notice. His twin brother did not. Kierigh has struggled with the knowledge his brother was not sacrificed to the King's power as other male children had been, and fought to save other children to reconcile his failure to rescue his unknown brother.

A child is born at the conjunction of the Double Moons. In order to save the young life, Kierigh and Jermanah join together. With the help of other rebels and Kierigh's brother, they defeat the king and the Compound to bring a new, peace filled time to the land.

*lizzie made up games and stories t keep her company as a child. So, a witch lived in Grampa's weather research station and was only held at bay by a certain weed. An ancient road grader became a boat carrying wild adventurers to islands filled with sheep that turned into lions and cannibals. Now, the stories of her imagination find their way to paper and pixels. Still filled with fantasy and love, these tales take her far from the mundane world.

When *lizzie has to return to that mundane life, she's a lead cook at a university dining service. Happily, the folks she works with have become accustomed to her writer's ways and just shake their heads when she goes off on some fantastical tangent, asks strange what if questions, or just has to find a piece of paper and a pen that actually writes. One of her greatest delights is to watch the joy of writing fill a friend, and she'll do anything to help them achieve their dream.

And someday, when she grows up, *lizzie wants to be an eccentric.
