COLTON DESTINY "The Coltons of Eden Falls #1" by Justine Davis (originally published September 2012 in Harlequin Romantic Suspense #1720)
A series of kidnappings of Amish teenage girls hits too close to home for FBI agent Emma Colton. The dark violence of her world has touched the simple Amish community neighboring her hometown—and she’s determined to make things right. Unfortunately, a forbidden attraction to Paradise Ridge’s most eligible widower is a major step toward wrong.
Carpenter Caleb Troyer doesn’t expect to love again, especially an Englisher with her own haunted secrets. Protecting Emma is second nature as she fights to restore the peace in his home—and in his heart. But one false move could destroy everything. The closer she comes to finding his sister, the closer danger comes to finding them….
COLTON SHOWDOWN "The Coltons of Eden Falls #2" by Marie Ferrarella (originally published December 2012 in Harlequin Romantic Suspense #1732)
“You’re safe from those monsters now.”
It’s supposed to be the final confrontation. Philly detective Tate Colton will go under cover to bust the sex trafficking ring targeting young Amish women. He doesn’t count on his sting operation falling apart—or being forced to escape with the breathtaking key witness he’s sworn to protect.
Hiding in New York City with a handsome detective? Amish seamstress Hannah Troyer’s more than a little out of her element. The big city—and men like Tate—are part of a world that’s nothing like what she’s used to. As danger inches closer, he’s her only route to safety…and a forbidden attraction she dares to indulge in.

Born in West Germany, arrived in the U.S. at four, I began
writing when I was eleven. I began selling many years after
that. Along the way, I acquired a Masters in Shakespearean
Comedy from Queens College in N.Y, a husband and two kids
(in that order)---the dog came later.
My first romance was bought by Second Chance
At Love November of 1981. The road from there to here has a
hundred and thirty-seven more sales to it. I've been
published by Silhouette, Harlequin, Zebra, Harper, Bantam
and Berkeley. I've been fortunate enough to have
received several Rita nominations from the Romance Writers
of America Association over the years, with one win for
Father Goose (in the Traditional Romance Category).
I've also been nominated several times in various
categories by Romantic Times Magazine. I hope to be
found one day---many, many years from now---slumped
over my computer, writing to the last moment. But before
then, I would dearly love to write a successful screenplay.
My goal has always been to entertain.
Entertainment Weekly 2015 named me the fifth most
prolific romance author of all time---and I have since
moved up to the fourth position, having published 296 works.
